The town of Ustowo, located in the immediate vicinity of Szczecin, provides an excellent base for logistics operations in Western Pomerania. This region is characterized by a strong cross-border profile, which results from its proximity to the border with Germany and access to port infrastructure in Szczecin and Świnoujście. This strategic location attracts companies from the e-commerce, contract logistics, and manufacturing sectors that serve Scandinavian and Western European markets. The West Pomeranian Voivodeship also offers access to a qualified workforce, including engineers and specialists educated at local universities.
The area surrounding the investment ensures smooth access to key transport hubs, including the A6 motorway and the S3 expressway, which enables efficient distribution of goods on the north-south and east-west axes. The proximity of the Szczecin agglomeration also guarantees a developed sales market and service facilities necessary for the functioning of modern business.
The facility is located in a typical logistics location — commuting to work is mainly done by private car or organized employer transport.
