Mapletree Park Wrocław II (also known as Hillwood Wrocław Wschód I) is a modern A-class warehouse complex located in Żórawina. The investment from the developer Hillwood consists of three existing buildings, however, currently, vacant space is available only in one of them.
The facility is characterized by a high technical standard. The clear height is 10 m, and the dust-free floor can withstand loads of 5-6 t/sqm. Fire safety has been ensured (fire resistance up to 4000 MJ/sqm., modern sprinklers, and smoke vents) as well as work comfort thanks to daylight illumination of zones and LED lighting. The complex is located in Żórawina, representing a key logistics market, which is Lower Silesia. This location guarantees companies excellent access to the Wrocław sales market and great conditions for distribution to Western markets, mainly to Germany and the Czech Republic. A huge advantage of the investment is the direct proximity of the A4 motorway, located just 100 m away. This enables rapid transit of goods, and additionally, the Wrocław airport is located 25 km away, which significantly facilitates cargo operations.
Direct public transport service is very limited in this location, as the nearest bus stops are at a significant distance. An alternative for non-motorized employees is the Żórawina railway station, located approx. 1.8 km from the park area. When planning work in a shift system, however, it is worth considering the organization of dedicated employee transport, which will facilitate recruitment and ensure operational stability for the tenant.
