The Logicor Łazy logistics park is an existing Class A warehouse complex located south of Warsaw. The investment consists of three halls. Currently, available space is located exclusively in building DC1, which offers 4,065 sqm of vacant warehouse space. Buildings DC2 and DC3 are currently fully commercialized.

The complex is located in the town of Łazy in the Masovian Voivodeship, serving as an excellent base for serving the capital's sales market. The location in this region facilitates logistics operations based on the Warsaw consumption hub and guarantees constant access to qualified staff. Efficient access to the facility is ensured by the proximity of the S2 expressway, which enables seamless distribution of goods on a national and regional scale.
The complex is characterized by very good access to public transport. Within a few minutes' walk from the entrance gate, there are several bus stops, the nearest of which is approximately 350 m away. For companies conducting operations in a shift system, this means a great facilitation in the process of recruiting and retaining employees who do not use private cars.
