The Wrocław Krajków Logistics Centre investment (also known on the market as Hillwood Wrocław Wschód II) is a high-class warehouse complex located in Wojkowice. Currently, the project consists of four existing buildings with a total area exceeding 100,000 sqm. At this moment, all halls (DC1, DC2, DC3, and DC4) are fully leased and do not have any vacant warehouse space (0 sqm of available space in each of the facilities). The park built by the developer Hillwood represents the highest Class A standard. The workspace has been prepared for intensive logistics operations and goods storage.

The logistics complex in Wojkowice near Wrocław constitutes a strategic point on the industrial map of south-western Poland. Lower Silesia is one of the strongest warehouse markets in the country, driven by the proximity of receptive markets in Germany and the Czech Republic. The region attracts primarily powerful players from the automotive, e-commerce, and advanced manufacturing sectors, which is due to the perfectly developed road infrastructure and the presence of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone (Invest-Park). The direct vicinity of the A4 motorway guarantees tenants extremely smooth transit of goods towards the western border and a fast connection with the Upper Silesian agglomeration.
