The investment is located at a strategic point in Lower Silesia, in the town of Biskupice Podgórne. This region is one of the strongest logistics markets in Poland, driven by its proximity to the German and Czech borders, as well as a powerful automotive and e-commerce cluster. The immediate vicinity of technology and manufacturing giants in the economic zone generates excellent business synergies for new tenants.
The hall is located just 500 m from national road No. 35, which guarantees smooth and fast access to the region's key transport hubs. The A4 motorway, which is the main transport axis of southern Poland, enables seamless distribution of goods to both the domestic and Western European markets. Access to the center of Wrocław takes only a dozen or so minutes, which facilitates relationships with local business partners and access to a wide sales market.
Access to the facility for non-motorized employees is facilitated by a developed public transport network. The nearest railway station in Kobierzyce is located approximately 4.6 km away.
