The location in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship guarantees strategic access to key sales markets in southern Poland and fast transit towards Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The Kraków region is a strong academic center, driven by graduates of AGH and UJ, which ensures a constant influx of qualified engineering and technical staff.
The economy of Lesser Poland is based on a rapidly developing IT sector, advanced business services (SSC/BPO) and e-commerce, which generates high demand for modern supply chain operations. The direct proximity of the A4 motorway constitutes the communication backbone of the investment, enabling efficient distribution of goods along the east-west axis and smoothly connecting Silesia with the Subcarpathian region.
Commuting for employees to the planned complex will be based on local road infrastructure and regional connections operating in the Krzeszowice municipality and the surrounding area. Due to the early stage of the investment, the public transport system in the immediate vicinity of the park will be successively adapted to the needs of future tenants, with an emphasis on integration with road and rail transport.
