LOOGIC Park Radomsko is a modern class A warehouse complex located in Dobryszyce (Łódź Voivodeship). The investment will ultimately offer a massive space with a total area of over 392,000 m² within 11 buildings. Currently, one facility has already been commissioned, while the remaining ten are in the planning phase.
The availability structure is as follows: building DC2 is fully contracted. The remaining halls are planned and offer full availability for lease: DC1 (60,980 m²), DC3 (46,483 m²), DC4 (47,617 m²), DC5 (40,666 m²), DC6 (28,800 m²), DC7 (29,088 m²), DC8 (16,349 m²), DC9 (27,639 m²), DC10 (20,139 m²), and DC11 (20,400 m²). The total available area is 338,161 m².
The facilities are characterized by a storage height of 10 m and a dust-free floor with a load-bearing capacity of 5 t/m². They are equipped with gas heating, a sprinkler system, smoke vents, and roof skylights.
