Logicor Okęcie is an existing class A warehouse park located in the Włochy district of Warsaw. The complex created by the developer Logicor is a proven space for urban logistics and distribution. The complex is located in the Masovian Voivodeship, in the Włochy district of Warsaw, which guarantees direct access to the largest absorbent consumer market in Poland. The location in the vicinity of the Chopin Airport creates excellent conditions for handling cargo operations and fast urban logistics. The road layout in this part of the capital ensures efficient access to the Southern Warsaw Bypass (S2) and the exit route towards Kraków and Katowice.
Access by public transport is very convenient – there are several bus stops within just a few minutes' walk from the facility gate, which facilitates daily commuting for employees. An additional advantage in the recruitment process is the Warszawa Lotnisko Chopina railway station, located approximately 2.9 km away.
