Kutno Logistics Center is a modern class A warehouse park, developed by Hillwood. The investment is located in the village of Kaszewy Kościelne and consists of two completed buildings with a total area of nearly 70,000 sqm. Currently, the facility is partially leased. In hall DC1, there are 3205 sqm of vacant space available for tenants, while building DC2 is currently fully commercialized (0 sqm of vacant space).
The complex features extensive maneuvering areas, parking for semi-trucks, and is covered by 24/7 security and CCTV monitoring.
