Industrial Park Tychy (developer MLP) is a flagship class A facility located in the heart of the Silesian automotive cluster. Currently, the complex is fully commercialized – all existing halls (DC1A, DC1B, DC1C, DC2, B2, B3 and C1) show 0 sqm of vacant warehouse space. However, it is worth monitoring this facility for future vacancies, as it constitutes an excellent operational base. The investment is characterized by a high technical standard, adapted to demanding tenants from the logistics and production sectors.

The Industrial Park Tychy investment lies in an extremely strategic point of Upper Silesia, a region with an established position on the European logistics map. Tychy is primarily a powerful automotive cluster and a thriving Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSSE), which generates huge demand for modern industrial space. The proximity of key communication arteries, including convenient access to the A4 motorway (connecting east with west) and the A1 motorway, ensures smooth distribution of goods to domestic markets, as well as to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The post-industrial transformation of Silesia has meant that this region has a well-developed road infrastructure. The facility on Turyńska Street guarantees trouble-free heavy transport, which is crucial for tenants handling supply chains in a just-in-time system.
The facility provides excellent access to public transport, which significantly facilitates the recruitment of staff from surrounding towns:
