The Hillwood Oleśnica complex is a modern class A logistics center located at a strategic point in Lower Silesia. The renowned developer Hillwood is responsible for the implementation and management. The investment holds a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which guarantees the optimization of operating costs. The logistics park is located in Oleśnica, within the dynamically operating market of Lower Silesia. This region is distinguished by excellent access to the Wrocław agglomeration and a strong position in the automotive sector, which attracts numerous manufacturing and distribution companies. The facility ensures efficient exit towards key arteries, including the S8 expressway, which guarantees smooth transit towards the center of Poland and a convenient connection to the A4 motorway, opening export routes to Western markets.
Access to public transport in the immediate vicinity is limited, so for shift work, it is worth considering transport organized by the employer. The nearest bus stops are located more than 2 kilometers from the entrance gate. An additional support for commuting from other parts of the region can be the Oleśnica railway station, located approx. 4.4 km away, however, covering the last section requires one's own means of transport.
