The modern Fortress Logistics Park Oleśnica complex is a class A warehouse investment that will be built in the town of Cieśle (Lower Silesian Voivodeship). The developer Fortress is responsible for the implementation of this project. Ultimately, the facility will offer 55,000 sqm of top-quality commercial space. One main building is planned as part of the investment. Hall DC1 is currently in the planning phase, and its entire area, i.e., 55,000 sqm, remains fully available for lease. The total free space in the complex is 55,000 sqm. The project will be implemented in accordance with rigorous environmental requirements, which will be confirmed by the BREEAM Excellent certificate. Future tenants will gain access to advanced technical solutions. The clear storage height will be 12 meters, and the dust-free floor will provide a load-bearing capacity of 7 t/sqm. The building will be equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting, daylight illumination via roof skylights, a sprinkler system, and smoke vents.

The complex is located in the town of Cieśle, in the Oleśnica municipality, representing an important point on the logistics map of Lower Silesia. This region has been developing dynamically for years, attracting investors from the automotive, e-commerce, and advanced manufacturing sectors. The proximity of the Wrocław agglomeration guarantees excellent access to qualified staff and engineering personnel, educated, among others, at renowned local universities. The area is conducive to international operations, especially in the context of exports to Western and Southern markets.
