CTPark Warsaw Janki is a modern class A logistics complex developed by CTP in Janki, near Warsaw. The investment offers diverse leasing options in five halls, which are at various stages of completion. In the existing DC1 building, 4,564 sqm of vacant space is available for tenants. The DC2 hall (under construction) will provide 22,055 sqm. Furthermore, 8,742 sqm (DC4) and 9,924 sqm (DC5) will be available in the planned facilities. The DC3 building is currently fully commercialized (0 sqm of vacant space).
