Do I pay a commission when buying a new-build apartment from a developer through MAXON?

No. In development projects handled by MAXON Nieruchomości the buyer pays no commission; the price of the apartment is the same as when buying directly from the developer, and a MAXON advisor guides the client through choosing a unit, the developer agreement and the handover.

How does buying an apartment from a developer work?

The purchase takes four steps: a reservation agreement, a developer agreement signed before a notary, payment of instalments into a residential escrow account in line with construction progress, and, after the handover of the unit, an agreement transferring ownership. MAXON Nieruchomości accompanies the buyer at every stage.

Is the money paid to the developer safe?

Yes. The buyer’s payments go into a residential escrow account at a bank, which releases them to the developer after the construction stages are confirmed, and the payments are additionally protected by the Developer Guarantee Fund. MAXON Nieruchomości checks the project’s information prospectus before the agreement is signed.
