The Lower Silesia region is one of the strongest logistics and industrial markets in Poland. The proximity to the Wrocław agglomeration guarantees tenants excellent access to a qualified workforce and a receptive consumer market. The surroundings of Wrocław, including Bielany Wrocławskie, constitute an important hub for the e-commerce, contract logistics, and automotive sectors (with the presence of such giants as Volvo or LG). Operations here are supported by the thriving Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone "Invest-Park", which attracts international capital.
The Wrocław Bielany Logistics Centre II facility benefits from the immediate vicinity of the A4 motorway, which opens a fast transit corridor towards the western border with Germany and the southern border with the Czech Republic. This strategic location facilitates the optimization of pan-European supply chains, making this warehouse park an optimal choice for companies focusing on the development of international distribution and the reduction of transport costs.
Employees of the logistics park can use the surrounding transport infrastructure on a daily basis. The nearest railway station (Bielany Wrocławskie) is located approximately 1.5 km from the complex.
