The investment is located in a strategic point of Mazovia, in the area of Grodzisk Mazowiecki. This developing logistics region is an absolute foundation for companies operating in the largest sales market in Poland, which is the absorbent Warsaw agglomeration. The proximity to the capital guarantees excellent access to qualified engineering and managerial staff, educated, among others, at the Warsaw University of Technology.
Grodzisk Mazowiecki has for years been attracting key players from the e-commerce, FMCG, and 3PL operator industries, creating a thriving business cluster. From the perspective of domestic and international distribution, a key advantage is efficient access to the A2 motorway. This enables rapid transfer of goods both towards the western border of the country and to central transshipment hubs. This location constitutes an ideal compromise between the optimization of operating costs and fast access to the very center of Warsaw.
Commuting to work for staff employed in the logistics park is facilitated by the developed local transport infrastructure:
The nearest railway station, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, is located at a distance of approx. 3.3 km from the investment site.
