The WLP Gdańsk West (Lębork) investment is a planned class A warehouse facility that will be built in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The complex, developed by WAIMEA, will provide a total of 81,112 sqm of modern space to the market. The project will consist of one building (DC1), which is currently in the planning phase. The entire area of the facility, i.e., 81,112 sqm, will be fully available for lease, which creates excellent opportunities for tenants looking for large built-to-suit spaces. The total available area is 81,112 sqm. The hall will offer a clear storage height of 10 m and a dust-free floor with a load-bearing capacity of 5 t/sqm. The standard includes modern LED lighting, daylight illumination via roof skylights, as well as a sprinkler system and gas heating.

The investment is located in Lębork, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, which is a strategic point on the logistics map of northern Poland. The Pomerania region is characterized by strong ties to the maritime economy and international trade, mainly due to the proximity of key seaports in Gdańsk and Gdynia, which handle the largest container ships on the Baltic Sea. Lębork, located inland, provides an excellent distribution base for companies operating in the Baltic Sea basin and directing their goods to Scandinavia. The area attracts companies from the logistics, e-commerce, and light manufacturing sectors.
An additional advantage of the region is access to qualified engineering staff, educated, among others, at the Gdańsk University of Technology, as well as the presence of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, which stimulates the development of local business. The facility will be perfectly connected to the main arteries of the region, including the S6 route currently under construction and modernization, which will ensure efficient transit towards the Tricity and the western border of the country.
The facility is located in a typical logistics location — commuting to work is mainly done by private car or organized employer transport. For motorized employees and management staff, spacious maneuvering areas and dedicated parking spaces are provided within the fenced complex.
