SEGRO Park Wrocław, Targowa is an existing class A logistics complex located in the industrial part of the capital of Lower Silesia (Wrocław-Fabryczna). The investment by the developer SEGRO consists of two warehouse halls, offering flexible lease terms for companies in the distribution and light manufacturing sectors.
