Segro Logistics Park Gliwice is a modern Class A warehouse complex, developed by the experienced developer SEGRO. The investment includes both existing and planned halls, offering flexible leasing options. The current commercialization status is as follows: buildings DC1, DC3, DC4, and DC5 are fully leased (0 sqm of vacant space). The complex is located in Gliwice, in the heart of the key logistics region of Upper Silesia. Direct access to the park is provided by national road no. 88, which connects seamlessly with the nearby A4 motorway, opening up fast transit towards the western border and southern Europe.
