The Quantum Park Gliwice I investment is a modern class A logistics project, developed by the developer Quantum. The complex located in Upper Silesia is currently under construction, with its completion scheduled for 2027. Ultimately, the facility will offer the highest market standards, confirmed by a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level. Within the DC1 building under construction with a total area of 41,000 sqm, 28,350 sqm of free space is currently available to tenants.

The logistics park is being built in Upper Silesia, within the administrative boundaries of Gliwice. This region is a key point on the map for the automotive and e-commerce sectors, while offering a wide base of qualified technical staff after industrial transformation. Distribution on a national and international scale is facilitated by strategic access to the A1 and A4 motorway junctions, which opens a fast transit route towards the border with the Czech Republic and Germany.
Transport service for the investment is based on public transport – the nearest bus stops are located within a short walk from the park gate. An additional support for employees commuting from further parts of the agglomeration is the Knurów railway station, located about 4.7 km away. This provides flexible recruitment opportunities for tenants planning a multi-shift work mode, allowing for the employment of people who do not use private cars.
