The Panattoni Park Kraków West IV investment is a planned class A logistics facility located in the village of Kopanka near Skawina. The renowned developer Panattoni is responsible for the realization of this modern project. Ultimately, the complex will provide the market with top-quality operational space. Within the designed DC1 building, tenants will have a total of 43,547 sqm of available warehouse space at their disposal, ready for flexible adaptation. The hall will offer above-standard storage height reaching 12 meters and a reinforced, dust-free floor with a load-bearing capacity of up to 7 t/sqm. The space will be equipped with modern loading docks, ground-level entry gates, as well as energy-efficient LED lighting and daylight illumination via roof skylights. The entire area will be fully fenced, secured, and monitored by a CCTV system, with an extensive maneuvering yard and parking for trucks provided. The facility is being built in the spirit of sustainable development and is applying for BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.

The Lesser Poland region is one of the most promising logistics markets in southern Poland, characterized by excellent access to qualified engineering staff, educated, among others, at AGH and Jagiellonian University. The investment in Kopanka guarantees strategic conditions for conducting domestic and international distribution. An undeniable advantage is the location just 2.3 km from the A4 motorway and 4 km from the junction connecting the A4 motorway with the S52 expressway. Such a road layout ensures extremely efficient transit along the southern border of the country. Furthermore, the facility is located just 15 km from the very center of Kraków, which significantly facilitates urban logistics and e-commerce sector operations.
