The planned logistics park will be built in Wężerów, strengthening the warehouse infrastructure for the Lesser Poland region. By developing operations in this location, tenants gain access to the absorbent Kraków sales market and qualified engineering staff educated at leading universities such as AGH or UJ. Efficient distribution of goods, both on a national scale and towards the south of Europe, will be facilitated by convenient access to the S7 route and the A4 motorway.
Due to the suburban nature of the location, access to public transport is currently limited, and the nearest bus stops are located more than two kilometers from the investment site. A significant convenience for employees commuting from outside Wężerów will be the Słomniki railway station, located approx. 3.5 km away. When planning shift work, however, it is worth considering the organization of dedicated employee transport, which will facilitate recruitment and ensure operational stability.
