Panattoni Park Goleniów IV is a planned Class A warehouse investment located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The complex is planned in Goleniów, fitting directly into the potential of the West Pomerania region. This location serves as an excellent base for cross-border logistics, offering rapid access to the German market and proximity to the Berlin metropolitan area. Goods distribution is facilitated by the direct vicinity of the S3 expressway, located just 4 km from the facility. An additional advantage from the perspective of cargo operations is the Szczecin-Goleniów airport located in close proximity.
