Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II is a modern class A logistics complex located in Jankowo Gdańskie. The investment by the developer Panattoni consists of three existing buildings, however, supply is currently very limited.
Space availability status:
The module in building DC3 offers a standard storage height of 10 meters and a dust-free floor with a load-bearing capacity of 5 t/sq m. The structure is based on a column grid of 12 x 22.5 m. The space is illuminated by daylight through roof skylights, and fire safety is guaranteed by sprinklers, smoke vents, and fire resistance exceeding 4000 MJ/sq m. An additional advantage of this hall is the cross-dock format, which streamlines fast transshipment operations. The entire area is fenced, protected, and covered by CCTV monitoring, which ensures full supply chain security.

The complex is located in Pomerania, in the town of Jankowo Gdańskie, which is a strategic point for import-export operations. This region is distinguished by direct access to maritime infrastructure, including container terminals handling trade with Scandinavia. The proximity of the port in Gdańsk and the airport facilitates the diversification of supply chains. The facility is conveniently connected to the main arteries of the Tricity, which allows for efficient distribution of goods to the domestic market and quick access towards the A1 motorway.
Access to the facility by public transport is comfortable for the staff. Several bus stops are located within a short walk from the investment area, which significantly facilitates daily commuting for people without their own transport. Such infrastructure is an important argument when recruiting warehouse workers, especially for companies planning a multi-shift work mode, where the stability of local connections plays a key role in maintaining process continuity.
