Panattoni City Logistics Łódź V is a planned class A warehouse investment, located in the industrial part of Widzew. The project is being carried out by the experienced developer Panattoni. The complex will offer tenants modern distribution space, tailored to rigorous market standards. As part of the only planned building (DC1), a total area of 21,000 sqm will ultimately be created. Currently, this entire area (21,000 sqm) remains 100% available for lease, which provides huge opportunities for reservation and adaptation of the space for specific operational processes.
