P3 WARSAW III is a planned class A logistics complex located in the Rembertów district of Warsaw. The investment by the developer P3 has been designed with the highest market standards and sustainable development in mind, which will be confirmed in the future by BREEAM Excellent level certification.

The planned complex will be built in the right-bank part of Warsaw, which guarantees tenants direct access to the absorbent capital city market, crucial for e-commerce operations and urban distribution. The choice of the Masovian region also ensures a convenient connection to the A2 motorway, which is the main transit corridor on the east-west axis. Locating the facility in the Rembertów district allows for efficient logistics service for the agglomeration while maintaining optimal exit routes from the city.
Public transport in the area of the investment is very favorable. Several bus stops are located just a few minutes' walk from the planned entrance gates. An additional advantage for employees is the Warszawa Rembertów railway station, located about 1.5 km away. Such infrastructure will significantly facilitate the recruitment of qualified staff for tenants and the organization of work in a shift system without the need to implement dedicated employee transport.
