P3 Błonie is a class A warehouse complex located in the western part of the Warsaw metropolitan area. The P3 developer's investment includes over a dozen halls, most of which are currently fully leased. However, we have attractive modules available in selected existing buildings.
The current availability of vacant warehouse space is as follows:
The remaining existing buildings (including DC4, DC5, DC7-DC10, DC12-DC15, DC17) are fully occupied. Plans for DC16B and DC18 halls remain. The technical standard offers a storage height of 10 m, a floor load capacity of 5 t/sqm, and a column grid of 12x24 m. The area is fully fenced, protected, and monitored (CCTV), with spacious maneuvering yards and parking for trucks.

The logistics park is located in Błonie, serving as a key distribution point on the map of the Masovian region. Such a location guarantees tenants direct access to the absorbent Warsaw sales market and facilitates efficient supply chain management on the east-west axis. Direct access to the facility is provided by national road No. 92 and provincial road No. 579, which allows for rapid transport routing towards the main junctions of the A2 motorway.
Access to the investment area by public transport is possible, although it requires a short walk – the nearest bus stops are located approximately 800 m from the entrance gate. An additional advantage for employees commuting from other parts of the metropolitan area is the Błonie railway station, located approximately 2.4 km away. This transport layout provides solid support for recruiting warehouse staff for shift work.
