The class A logistics park Marq Logistics Kraków I (Airport), formerly known as Goodman or GLP Kraków Airport Logistics Centre, is located in Modlniczka near Kraków. The complex consists of 12 existing warehouse buildings. Currently, the vast majority of them (DC1, DC2A, DC2B, DC3, DC5, DC5B, DC6, DC7, DC8, DC9 and DC10) are fully leased. Available space is located exclusively in building DC4, which offers 10,331 sqm of vacant space.

The complex is located in Modlniczka, part of the key logistics market of Lesser Poland and Kraków. This location guarantees tenants access to qualified engineering staff and graduates of Kraków's universities, as well as convenient transit connections towards Slovakia. Direct access is provided by national road no. 94, from which one can join the A4 motorway in just a few minutes, which optimizes distribution processes in the south of the country.
Access to the facility by public transport is very convenient – the nearest of several bus stops is within a few minutes' walk from the park gate. Additional support for employees commuting from outside the immediate vicinity is the Zabierzów railway station, located approximately 2.8 km away. Such infrastructure significantly facilitates the recruitment of warehouse staff for tenants, including for shift work systems.
