Location and transport

Location

The investment is located in Gliwice, which is one of the most important points on the industrial map of Upper Silesia. This region is characterized by a strong post-industrial transformation and the presence of advanced economic sectors, such as the automotive industry, e-commerce, and modern manufacturing. The proximity of the Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSSE) creates favorable conditions for business development and attracts international investors. An additional advantage is the constant access to qualified engineering and technical staff, which results from the immediate vicinity of the Silesian University of Technology.

The facility guarantees efficient distribution of goods thanks to excellent access to key communication arteries. Just a few minutes' drive separates the halls from a strategic motorway junction connecting the A1 and A4 routes. This enables smooth transit not only within southern Poland but also fast transport towards the border with the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Such a location significantly optimizes supply chains for companies with an international reach.

Public transport

The facility is located in a typical logistics location, which favors the efficient movement of heavy goods vehicles. Due to the industrial nature of the zone, commuting to work takes place here mainly by passenger car or organized employer transport. The extensive road infrastructure around the complex facilitates daily communication with the surrounding towns of the agglomeration.
