Mapletree Park Szczecin (formerly known as Prologis Park Szczecin) is an existing class A warehouse complex located in Łozienica near Goleniów. The investment built by the developer Prologis consists of four independent buildings. Currently, the available space is located exclusively in the DC1 hall, which offers 3,278 sqm of vacant warehouse space. The remaining buildings (DC2, DC3A, and DC3B) are fully leased (0 sqm of vacant space).
