The town of Łubna, located in the Piaseczno County, is an excellent alternative to congested industrial zones within the administrative boundaries of the capital. The Masovia region is the largest sales market in Poland, characterized by the dynamic development of the e-commerce, FMCG, and contract logistics industries. The proximity to Warsaw ensures constant access to qualified engineering staff, educated, among others, at the Warsaw University of Technology, as well as a wide pool of manual workers.
The area has a logistics and production character, which favors uninterrupted business operations around the clock. The complex is located just 500 m from national road No. 79, which guarantees a smooth exit towards the main communication arteries. Access to the S2 expressway junction takes a dozen or so minutes (15 km), opening a fast transit route on the east-west axis (A2 motorway). An additional advantage for companies operating in international markets is the proximity of the Chopin Airport (25 km), which handles key cargo volumes in this part of the country.
The facility is located in a typical logistics location, away from dense urban development. For this reason, commuting to work takes place here mainly by passenger car or organized transport provided by the employer, which is standard in this type of park.
