Mapletree Park Gdańsk is an existing class A logistics complex, located in Gdańsk, built by Prologis. The facility holds a BREEAM certificate, which confirms its energy efficiency. The complex consists of three warehouse halls, offering a total of over 90,000 sqm of modern space.

The spaces are ready for logistics operations and light manufacturing. The main technical advantages are a clear height of 10 m, a dust-free floor with a load-bearing capacity of 5 t/sqm, and an advanced fire protection system (sprinklers, smoke vents). The park area is fully fenced, secured, and equipped with spacious maneuvering yards and parking lots for heavy goods vehicles (HGVs).

Mapletree Park Gdańsk is situated at a strategic point in the Pomerania region, which guarantees efficient supply chain management. This location provides direct access to the seaports in Gdańsk and Gdynia, opening trade routes to Scandinavia, as well as the opportunity to utilize the potential of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. A key transport advantage is the proximity to the A1 motorway, which is only 1 km away, allowing for rapid distribution of goods to the south of the country and to central markets.
Access by public transport is fully functional — several bus stops are located within a short walk from the park gate. An important addition is the Gdańsk Kokoszki railway station, located approximately 1.8 km away, facilitating commutes from further parts of the agglomeration.
