The Mapletree Park Błonie I complex, originally developed by Panattoni, is a flagship Class A warehouse investment located west of Warsaw. Currently, the facility is fully leased. The existing DC1 building (with a total area of over 22,000 sqm) does not currently have any vacant modules (0 sqm available). The investment is located in Błonie, constituting a key element of the western logistics base of the Masovian region. Such a location guarantees tenants direct access to the huge sales market of the Warsaw agglomeration and facilitates efficient distribution of goods in a strategic east-west layout. Daily supply chain operations are supported by the immediate vicinity of national road No. 92, which serves as an excellent communication axis and enables seamless transit towards nearby A2 motorway junctions.
