Logicor Sosnowiec is a ready-to-use class A warehouse park. We currently offer two vacant spaces in the existing buildings. In the DC1 hall, 6,970 sqm are available to tenants, while in the DC2 building, a module with an area of 3,248 sqm is available. The complex is characterized by a high technical standard, adapted to demanding logistics and production operations.
The area is fully fenced, protected, and monitored (CCTV). Tenants have access to spacious maneuvering areas and dedicated parking for heavy goods vehicles (HGV). The halls are equipped with gas heating, sprinklers, smoke vents, and roof skylights, which ensures optimal working conditions.
