Logicor Racibórz is an existing class A warehouse park, built by the company Goodman. The investment is located in the south-western part of the Silesian Voivodeship. Currently, the facility is fully commercialized – there is no vacant warehouse space in either of the halls (DC1A and DC1B), which proves the high demand for this location.

The complex is located in Racibórz, in the south-western part of Upper Silesia. This location guarantees investors access to a qualified workforce from a region with strong industrial traditions. An additional advantage is the strategic proximity to the border with the Czech Republic, which significantly facilitates distribution and service to Central European markets. Access to main transport routes ensures efficient transit of goods both on a national and international scale.
Access to the facility by public transport is very convenient – several bus stops are located within a few minutes' walk from the park gate. The transport network is complemented by the Racibórz railway station, located approx. 3.4 km away. Such a transport layout is a major advantage for recruitment, enabling efficient commuting for non-motorized warehouse workers, also in a shift work system.
