Logicor Poznań I is an existing class A warehouse complex, located in Gądki near Poznań, developed by Panattoni. The investment consists of three independent buildings with a total area of nearly 90,000 square meters. Currently, there is available space in two halls.
The facility guarantees a high technical standard. The clear height is 10 meters, and the dust-free floor can withstand a load of up to 5 t/sqm (500 kN/sqm). The complex is located in Gądki near Poznań, which is a key point on the logistics map of the Greater Poland region.
