Logicor Piaseczno is an existing class A logistics park located south of Warsaw. The investment consists of four buildings, offering a high technical standard and security thanks to 24/7 security, CCTV monitoring, and a fenced area with spacious maneuvering yards and parking for HGVs.

The complex is located in Piaseczno, serving as a key distribution point on the map of the Masovian region. Such a location provides tenants with direct access to the vast Warsaw sales market and convenient connections to the cargo infrastructure of the Chopin Airport. Efficient logistics and transport operations are facilitated by the proximity of national road No. 79, which allows for quick access to the southern Warsaw bypass, i.e., the S2 expressway.
The facility is characterized by very good access to public transport, which significantly facilitates recruitment processes. There are several bus stops within a few minutes' walk from the park gate. An additional, strong advantage for employees commuting from further parts of the agglomeration is the Piaseczno railway station, located approximately 1.3 km away. This ensures stable commuting for staff working in a shift system.
