The hall will be equipped with a dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5 t/sqm, modern LED lighting, and an advanced system of sprinklers and smoke vents. The storage height is planned at 10 meters. The investment area will be fully fenced, protected, and monitored 24/7 (CCTV), with maneuvering yards and parking lots for heavy goods vehicles provided.

The Podkarpackie Voivodeship is a strategic point on the logistics map of Central and Eastern Europe, serving as a key transit gateway to the East. Korczowa Logistic Park will be built in the immediate vicinity of the border crossing with Ukraine, which makes this location absolutely unique for companies in the TSL sector, e-commerce, and enterprises involved in international trade and distribution processes. This region is characterized by growing economic potential and access to motivated employees. A key communication advantage is direct access to the A4 motorway, which constitutes the main transport corridor connecting the east and west of Europe, guaranteeing smooth transit towards Rzeszów, Kraków, Silesia, and ultimately also Germany. This is an ideal place for a strategic distribution center serving cross-border markets.
