GARBE Park Wiskitki is a planned class A warehouse investment located in the Masovian Voivodeship. The project is being developed by the renowned developer GARBE. The facility has been designed with the highest market standards and green building requirements in mind, as evidenced by the planned BREEAM certification.
The project involves the construction of one large-scale building (DC1). Currently, the facility is in the planning stage, and its total available warehouse space is 48,936 sqm, which offers enormous opportunities for consolidating logistics processes for one or several large tenants.

The GARBE Park Wiskitki investment is located in a strategic area for logistics in Masovia. This region is the absolute core of the Polish warehouse market, characterized by a massive sales market generated by the Warsaw metropolitan area and an excellent network of expressways and motorways running east-west.
The location in Wiskitki represents an ideal compromise between operating costs and access to key transport hubs.
