P3 Radom (developed by Exeter) is an existing class A logistics park located within the city limits. The investment consists of four warehouse halls, however, supply is currently very limited. Buildings DC1, DC2, and DC4 are fully occupied, with no vacant space available. The only available space is in hall DC3, where 6,625 sqm of ready-to-use operational space is waiting for a tenant.

The park is located in Radom, in the southern part of the Masovian Voivodeship. This location guarantees excellent access to the massive consumer market of the Warsaw metropolitan area, and also creates convenient conditions for handling air freight thanks to its connection with Chopin Airport. Direct access to the facility is provided by the S7 expressway, located just 250 m away, which drastically reduces distribution time on the north-south axis.
Access by public transport is very convenient – the nearest bus stops are within just a few minutes' walk from the entrance gate (approx. 200 m). Within a short walk, there are several lines serving various directions of the city. For tenants planning shift work, this means trouble-free access to local candidates who do not have their own car.
