EQT Exeter Poznań Żerniki is a technically advanced class A complex, developed by Panattoni in the town of Kórnik. The investment consists of two independent buildings, offering diverse opportunities for business. The DC1 hall is currently fully leased. In turn, the DC2 building is an impressive, immediately available space of 103,000 sqm, ideal for the largest logistics operators. The facility is characterized by excellent technical parameters. Tenants have at their disposal a dust-free floor with a load capacity of 5 t/sqm, a column grid of 12x22.5 m, and a storage height of 10 meters. Safety and operational comfort are supported by modern installations: a sprinkler system, smoke vents, energy-efficient LED lighting, and daylight illumination through roof skylights. The park area is fully fenced, protected, and monitored (CCTV), and the external infrastructure provides spacious maneuvering areas and dedicated HGV parking.

The investment is located at a strategic point on the logistics map of Poland, just outside Poznań. The Wielkopolska region is one of the most important distribution hubs in the country, enjoying great interest from companies in the e-commerce sector and 3PL operators. A key advantage of this location is direct access to the A2 motorway, which guarantees smooth transit on the east-west axis, connecting Warsaw with the German market and Western Europe. The proximity of the Poznań agglomeration provides tenants not only with an excellent consumer base but also access to a qualified workforce, educated, among others, at the Poznań University of Technology. The perfectly developed network of expressways in the area facilitates the optimization of supply chains and makes the facility an ideal operational base with an international reach.
The investment provides employees with convenient access by public transport. In the immediate vicinity there are:
