Location and transport

Location

The complex is located in Kobyłka in the Masovian Voivodeship, which guarantees direct access to the absorbent Warsaw sales market. This region is a key hub for logistics operations, supported by the proximity of cargo infrastructure at Chopin Airport. A fundamental advantage of this location is the immediate access to the S8 expressway, just 100 m from the park, which ensures smooth distribution of goods towards the capital and fast domestic transit.

Public transport

Commuting to the facility by public transport requires proper planning. The nearest bus stops are within a few minutes' walk, which makes organized transport worth considering for shift work. The local network is complemented by the Zielonka railway station, located approximately 3.9 km away, which facilitates commuting for employees from further parts of the Warsaw metropolitan area. Details regarding specific connections should be verified with the investment manager.
