CTPark Toruń is a modern class A complex developed by the developer CTP. The investment offers technologically advanced spaces with BREEAM Excellent certification. Currently, there are two existing buildings in the park with a total area of over 46,000 sqm. Availability is as follows:

The complex is located in Toruń, in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. This region is a strategic point on the country's logistics map, offering excellent conditions for nationwide distribution and access to a diverse labor market. A key advantage of the investment is convenient access – the A1 motorway and a motorway junction are located just 3.5 km and 4 km from the facility, and the S10 expressway is 5 km away, which guarantees smooth transit in all directions.
