CTPark Gorzyce is a planned class A warehouse project, being developed by the developer CTP in the Silesian Voivodeship. The investment will offer tenants modern logistics space certified under the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. As part of the complex, building DC1 is planned, which will provide 36,800 sqm of total area to the market. Currently, this entire module remains at the disposal of future tenants, offering 36,800 sqm of available operational space. The facility will be equipped with solutions supporting maximum efficiency.

The complex will be built in Upper Silesia in the town of Gorzyczki, right at the southern border of the country. This region offers investors direct access to the Czech and Slovak markets and a strong base for the intensively developing automotive industry. A key advantage of the location is the direct proximity to the A1 motorway, located just 100 meters from the facility, which guarantees rapid distribution of goods on the north-south axis.
Access to the facility by public transport is possible, as the nearest bus stops are located within a short walking distance, about 800 meters from the planned park. Within a few minutes' walk, there are a total of several points served by local lines. This provides basic support in the process of recruiting warehouse workers from surrounding towns, including those working in a shift system.
