The complex is located in Gdańsk, just 3 km from the deep-water sea terminal, which makes it a strategic point for customs and transshipment operations. The Pomerania region is a key gateway to Scandinavia and the main national hub for handling TEU containers. Direct access to the park is provided by national road No. 89, guaranteeing efficient distribution of goods towards the S7 expressway and the A1 motorway.
Access to the facility by public transport is very convenient – the nearest bus stops are within a few minutes' walk from the park gate. An additional convenience for employees commuting from further parts of the agglomeration is the Gdańsk Główny railway station, located about 3.6 km away. This transport layout significantly supports tenants in recruitment processes, ensuring stable access to staff working in a shift system.
