CTPark Częstochowa is a technologically advanced class A logistics complex, which will be built on the initiative of the developer CTP. The investment will offer a total of nearly 100,000 sqm of modern industrial space, ideal for distribution and light manufacturing. The project involves the construction of two independent halls. The DC1 building will provide 57,152 sqm of available space to the market, while 42,908 sqm are planned for tenants in the DC2 facility. Both structures are currently in the planning phase, which guarantees great flexibility in dividing and arranging modules.

The investment will be built in the northern part of Upper Silesia, in the area of Częstochowa. This region is distinguished by a strong presence of the automotive and e-commerce industries, as well as a wide pool of qualified employees. From a distribution perspective, a key advantage is the direct access to the A1 motorway and national road No. 43. This road layout guarantees collision-free transit on the north-south axis and efficient service for local and national markets.
Public transport in the area of the investment allows for efficient commuting to work. The nearest bus stops are located within a short walk from the planned halls, which will facilitate daily employee logistics. Within a dozen or so minutes on foot, there are several additional lines operating. This provides significant support for tenants planning to recruit staff for shift work without the need to organize dedicated transport.
