City Point Targówek is a modern class A warehouse park located in Warsaw, developed by Cromwell. The investment includes both existing buildings and those in the planning and construction phases. Currently, building A is fully leased. Available space is located in the planned facilities: B1 offers 10,000 sqm, B2 15,000 sqm, and building D 15,000 sqm of free space. In facility C1, which is under construction, 4,000 sqm remain, while in the existing hall C2, 5,100 sqm are available.
