7R Park Kraków I (Węgrzce Wielkie) is a planned class A warehouse investment, for which the esteemed developer 7R is responsible. The investment is being built in Węgrzce Wielkie, ensuring excellent access to the Kraków sales market. The Małopolska region guarantees tenants access to a highly qualified engineering staff, educated at universities such as AGH or UJ, and also opens up convenient trade routes towards Slovakia.
