The 7R Hub Nowa Huta complex is a modern A-class logistics project, developed by 7R in Kraków. The investment is in the construction and planning phase, providing tenants with a wide range of options for adjusting the floor space. In building B1, which is under construction (planned for 2027), 50,959 sq m are available. The remaining facilities are in the planning phase and offer full availability: B2 (93,698 sq m), B3 (58,278 sq m), and B4 (11,200 sq m). The spaces have been designed with the highest operational standards in mind.

The complex is being built in Kraków's Nowa Huta district, which guarantees operations within a strong sales market. The Małopolska region provides excellent access to qualified engineering staff, educated at universities such as AGH or UJ, which is crucial for advanced logistics and production processes. The location on Igołomska Street enables efficient access towards the A4 motorway, opening a fast transit corridor to the south of Europe, including easy access to the Slovak and Czech markets.
Access to public transport should be taken into account in recruitment plans. In the vicinity, at a distance of about 1.1 km from the investment site, there are several bus stops serving the Kraków city network. Although this is within walking distance, for intensive shift work, tenants should consider organizing additional transport for employees, which will optimize HR processes and facilitate daily commuting.
