7R City Flex Gdynia is the first SBU (Small Business Unit) project in Gdynia. As part of the center, two warehouse buildings with a total area of over 14,000 sq m will be built & nbsp;
Location at ul. Hutnicza allows for quick and efficient transport of goods from the Port of Gdynia and convenient access to the A1 Motorway. This location also allows employees and clients to easily and quickly access.
Ecological solutions such as LED lighting (BREEAM certificate) will be used in the warehouse.
